Established in partnership with Ontario Beef and Rowe Beef Co, the Wellington County Premium Beef Program was created to make high-quality, sustainably produced Ontario beef readily available across the Province.
From Program to Plate.
Raised on our certified Ontario Family Farms, our cattle graze on natural pastures before transitioning to a nutritionally balanced finishing diet consisting of locally grown grains and silage. Our certified farmers are trained to provide industry-leading nutrition, animal welfare, biosecurity, traceability, and food safety standards oversee every step of this journey. From there, beef is co-packed federally and shipped to butcher shops and other retailers of premium meats.
